Your own lashes, elevated!
WHAT IS A LASH LIFT?
Think of a lash lift as a mini hair perm, tailored for your eyes. Using a gentle lifting solution and a custom silicone shield, this semi permanent treatment reshapes your natural lashes right from the root.
Rather than applying extensions, it changes the natural angle of your lashes to instantly open up your eyes and create the illusion of added length! Pair it with a lash tint or dye for effortless, mascara free definition that lasts for 6-8 weeks.

How your appointment WILL RUN
HOW YOUR
APPOINTMENT will run
1
CONSULT AND CLEANSE
We review your lash history and any sensitivities, then cleanse away oil and makeup so the solution can take to the lashes evenly.
2
SHIELD PLACEMENT
A silicone shield personalised to your eye is placed against the lid. Lashes are combed up and secured to it in the new curl shape.
3
THE LIFT
A gentle lifting solution softens the lash structure so it can take on the shape of the shield beneath it.
4
SET, TINT & NOURISH
The setting solution locks the curl in place, followed by a nourishing lash treatment and optional lash dye.
5
The shield is removed and lashes are combed through with a nourishing serum.
Now you get to see your newly lifted long lashes!

Typically 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle, the strength and integrity of your lashes and how well you follow aftercare.
-
A lash lift enhances and curls your own lashes with no ongoing infills. It can last anywhere between 6-8 weeks.
Extensions add individual synthetic lashes for extra length/volume but need regular infills every 2-3 weeks as your natural lashes shed and grow.
-
Yes, after the 24 hour window preferably. Avoid waterproof mascaras, which need oil based removers that can loosen the lift.
Oil is not your friend ❌
Tubular mascara is the best for any lash lift ✅️

You don't actually have to wait the full 24 hours, that's a bit of a myth. The real reason we ask you to hold off on water in that first day is so the nourishing treatment has enough time to properly soak into your lashes, giving you the full benefit of the product.
If you do get them wet, just make sure to brush them back up afterwards with your spoolie so they don't dry out messy and lose their lift from the weight of the water, and keep using your aftercare serum as usual.

When a trained, experienced technician uses quality products, a lash lift is safe, and a skilled lash tech shouldn't cause any significant damage to your lashes.
Advise your lash tech of any previous allergic reactions, allergies or sensitivities and if you’re using any active ingredients such as vitamin A around your eye area.
Following proper aftercare is essential to minimise the risk of adverse reactions or damage.
-
NO! A lash lift isn't meant to hurt. If you feel any stinging or burning during the treatment, tell your lash tech immediately, as this can mean the product has slid into your eye or other adverse reactions. The solution shouldn't be anywhere near your waterline, so it shouldn't cause any stinging or burning when applied correctly.
An experienced lash tech will check in with you throughout the treatment whenever solution is being applied. That said, if you have overly watery eyes, some irritation may be unavoidable and depending on how severe it is, we may not be able to safely carry out the treatment.

Yes, a lash lift is generally safe during pregnancy, but we like to take a cautious approach.
Pregnancy hormones can affect skin sensitivity and how your lashes respond to the treatment, some clients find their lashes take the lift beautifully, others notice more sensitivity around the eyes than usual. We'd recommend checking with your doctor before booking as everyone is different.
If you're in your first trimester, it's worth waiting until your second, as hormone levels tend to stabilise a bit more. Let us know if you're expecting when you book so we can chat it through and take any extra precautions on the day.

Probably not! I have only ever come across lashes too short once in my career, short lashes can still achieve great results with the right technique.
What matters more than length is that your lashes have enough surface area to hold onto the shield during the treatment. If your lashes are extremely short or sparse, we'll always check in with you first and, if needed, suggest a lash growth serum to build them up a little before your appointment so you get the most dramatic lift possible.
